Transcription: The biggest breakthrough so far in personal computers was the graphical user interface. This is a basis for the Macintosh and for Windows. What the real crux of it was, it's the first time that computers were trained to be people literate instead of trying to train people to be computer literate. So what the graphical interface does is has the computer reach out to you with familiar things like file folders and documents in a trash can that represent stuff you already know how to use. So the graphical interface was really the biggest single leap that we've seen so far.
